Ukrainian pianist, educator, and Doctor of Philosophy in Musical Arts. Since 2023, he has been a soloist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

EDUCATION
He studied at the Kharkiv I.P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts.

Maksym Shadko is a laureate of numerous international competitions, including:
– The International Vladimir Krainev Competition for Young Pianists (Ukraine)
– Night in Madrid International Competition (Spain)
– International Borys Lyatoshynsky Memorial Competition (France)
– First Open Competition “Kharkiv Assemblies” (Ukraine)
– Kyiv International Piano Competition (Ukraine)
– Franz Liszt Center Piano Competition (Spain)

REPERTOIRE
His repertoire ranges from the refined style of High Baroque and Classicism to the brilliance and virtuosity of Romanticism.

INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES
He took part in masterclasses at the Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy (Germany).

In 2020, he was personally selected by maestro Murray Perahia to participate in his masterclass organized by the renowned G. Henle Verlag publishing house, commemorating the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven’s birth.
In 2023, he attended masterclasses at the Wilhelm Kempff Cultural Foundation in Positano, Italy.
