Davis Richardson is the founder and president of Paradox Public Relations (Paradox PR), a New York–based strategic communications firm that works with emerging market leaders, innovative technology companies, and institutions operating at the intersection of global politics and innovation. He has led successful media campaigns for Ukraine’s government initiative Brave1, the Embassy of Poland in Washington, D.C., and the founder of the World Bank’s ID4D program.
Paradox PR also runs its own independent media project, Paradox Politics, which publishes reports and investigations from Ukraine, including a 2022 series from Bakhmut and Zaporizhzhia.
In 2024, Davis co-founded America-Ukraine Strategic Partners (AUSP), a private U.S. company that invests transparently in Ukraine’s reconstruction, focusing on defense, infrastructure, and energy. AUSP combines anti-corruption technologies, public capital engagement strategies, and on-the-ground project implementation through Ukrainian partners. The company’s leadership includes former U.S. intelligence officers, BlackRock specialists, and experts in finance and development.
Davis has appeared as a political commentator on Fox News and the BBC and has been published in The Daily Beast, VICE, WIRED, and The Kyiv Independent. He serves on the board of the nonprofit organization Art Shield and is a partner at the venture fund Green Flag Ventures, which invests in dual-use Ukrainian defense technologies.
