A British and French actor and visual artist. He is the founder of the charitable organization Art Shield, which actively supports Ukrainian artists. In collaboration with Dom Master Klass Cultural Centre, he co-founded the Ukrainian art festival Kyiv Art Sessions in London.
EDUCATION
Studied philosophy at the University of Paris-Sorbonne and graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Edward has held solo exhibitions at The Hoxton Gallery, London, and Hotel Café Royal, London. His works have also been featured in group exhibitions at Metamatic: The Art Foundation, Athens; The Gallery of African Art, London; Le Carreau du Temple, Paris; and Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin.
PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS Edward Akrout has appeared in the films and series The Hollow Crown, Borgia, Genius: Picasso, Killing Eve, and Rodin.
