Ukrainian philosopher, Orthodox theologian, public intellectual, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Filonenko has had a notable academic career, including teaching experience at such institutions as the St. Andrew’s Biblical Theological Institute (BBI, Moscow), the St. Thomas Aquinas Institute of Religious Sciences (Kyiv), and the Moscow, Minsk, and Kyiv Summer Theological Institutes. His achievements also include more than 10 academic articles published in three languages. He has also participated in numerous international academic research projects abroad.
