Panel Discussion: “Cultural Diplomacy: Paths of Development”
As part of the official program of “Under the Ash Tree” panel discussions at the Bouquet Kyiv Stage high art festival, within the framework of the comprehensive project Culture vs. War, there will be a panel discussion titled: “Cultural Diplomacy: Paths of Development.”
We invite you to join the dialogue on how cultural diplomacy works in practice: successful cases, effective partnerships, and cooperation tools between artists, cultural institutions, and government structures.
The focus will be on consolidating efforts, sharing experiences, shaping common priorities, and crafting messages for the world. We will discuss how to expand partnerships, build effective cultural bridges, and strengthen the influence of Ukrainian culture on the international stage.

Olena Kovalska – Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
Viktoriia Lialina-Boiko – Director of the Department of Public Diplomacy and Communications at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
Oleksandra Matviichuk – human rights defender, head of the Center for Civil Liberties, Nobel Peace Prize laureate;
Nataliia Kryvda – Doctor of Philosophy, Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation;
Taras Topolia – musician, frontman of the band Antytila;
Bohdana Pivnenko – violinist, head and soloist of the National Ensemble of Soloists Kyivska Kamerata;
Andrii Rizol – Chairman of the Board of the Association Watch Ukrainian!, initiator and producer of the Culture vs. War project.

Admission: Free with an entry ticket to the Sophia Kyivska museum complex territory (400 UAH — full, 200 UAH — discounted).
