Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology with a degree in Microprocessor Systems (1982, Moscow, USSR).

Completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD Business School (2001, France).

Completed the Management of Innovative Business programme at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) (2008, Switzerland).

Completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley (2009, USA).

PUBLIC ACTIVITY

Yevhen Utkin has been actively engaged in civic, educational, and cultural initiatives throughout his career.

From 1998 to 2001, he served as Chair of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

He is the co-founder of the Dom Master Klass cultural and educational centre, the GogolFest contemporary arts festival, and the Bouquet Kyiv Stage high arts festival.

He was an active participant in both the Orange Revolution (2004) and the Revolution of Dignity (2013–2014).

From 2008 to 2018, he participated in several World Economic Forum platforms, including Global Growth Companies, Global Agenda Councils, and Technology Pioneers.
