World-renowned German performer, composer, trumpeter, and pianist, acclaimed for his exceptional artistry on both trumpet and piano.

EDUCATION
Studied trumpet and piano at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. He later moved to the United States, where he received a scholarship to study film scoring and commercial arranging at Berklee College of Music.

Recipient of the ECHO Jazz Award and the OPUS Klassik Award.

Jazz, classical music, and electronica. His work seamlessly bridges genres, combining acoustic performance with contemporary electronic aesthetics.

INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY
In 2014, he founded the XJAZZ! Festival Berlin, which quickly became the city's largest jazz festival and was named Festival of the Year at the German Jazz Prize in 2022.

Since 2014, STUDNITZKY has served as Professor of Jazz Trumpet, teaching in Dresden, at the Jazz Institute Berlin, and at the Zurich University of the Arts.
